US Attorneys Directory.us on behalf of itself and it's sister directories, California Attorneys Directory.us, Florida Attorneys Directory.us, New York Attorneys Directory.us and Texas Attorneys Directory.us hereby sets forth the following terms and conditions which shall govern this Agreement between US Attorneys Directory and it's sister directories (collectivly hereinafter "USA), and Attorneys and others (hereinafter "Client") who desire to place a listing on US Attorneys Directory.us or one of it's sister directories.

LENGTH OF AGREEMENT
All listings once accepted after review are permanent except under the following conditions. Should you or your firm lose it's authorization to practice law in the city listed the listing will be removed. Should you or your firm commit any illegal acts while engaging in the practice of law your listing will be terminated.

LISTING PLACEMENT
Placement of Client's listing information shall be placed chronologically once client's listing information has been reviewed and approved.

TERMINATION
Client may elect to remove Client's listing information from USA, however, review fees are non-refundable.

LIABILITY
Client agrees that USA shall have no liability for the services, data or information provided to the public on the Internet including but not limited to any liability for consequential, indirect, special or incidental damages, regardless of the success or effectiveness of other remedies. Client agrees that it shall not hold USA liable for any loss of business, lost opportunity, consequential, indirect, special or incidental damages as a result of any interruption in service. IN NO EVENT SHALL USA'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL VALUE PAID TO USA FOR THE LISTING REVIEW.

JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and jurisdiction shall lie within the State of California. CUSTOMER HEREBY CONSENTS TO SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

LEGAL ACTION
Client agrees to indemnify and hold USA harmless in any legal action which arises as a result of Client's use of USA's services, without limitation or exception including, but not limited to any action brought against Client by a third party.

HEADINGS
Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be used to interpret or construe these provisions.

MODIFICATION
The terms and conditions of this Agreement may be modified at the discretion of USA with 30 days notice to Client.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement supersedes all Agreements previously made between the parties pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement. There are no other understandings or Agreements. Failure to properly notify USA via e-mail or regular mail of your disagreement with the above terms and conditions will constitute Client's acceptance of same.
